I cannot recommend Annmarie’s “Fitness Pilates and Stretch Classes” enough. I have been attending for over a year and can really see and feel the benefits. The classes cater for all fitness levels and are a great way to exercise in a fun, enjoyable atmosphere with a very enthusiastic teacher.
So I was suffering from sciatic nerve. It was suggested to me to join Pilates . I found a friendly women called Annmarie she convinced me to give it a try . I found i really enjoyed her class. I found Annmarie Pilates class to really keep my body flexible.
